Sanjay Jain - Promoter
He is the company’s main promoters and has over 25 years of expertise in the gem and jewellery sector.
Being a hard working Individual he started with wholesale trading of gold jewellery and it was after 3 years when he realized that his keen interest was into designing and manufacturing of Jewellery Ornaments and he started M/s Ratan Jewels a proprietary venture to primarily manufacture and sell gold jewellery. He managed the entire functioning of the Unit single handedlyIt was in 2012 when his sons Nishank Jain and Siddharth Jain joined into business and he started capturing domestic markets. Now in the year 2024 along with the sons as directors he formed “Ratanshine Jewels Private Limited” to produce jewellery ornaments of International standard and provide the same quality and precision to Indian Markets. As a promoter he is in charge of the Finance Department and All Designing and development of the Jewellery made in the company.
Nishank Jain - Director
Mr. Nishank Jain being from a Technical Background heads the Brand’s Line of production, quality control, technological
development and all Research and developments for new plant and machineries. His well-versed knowledge of the process ensures that complete manufacturing pipeline runs smoothly. The same has helped the company to save production cost and utilize the available manufacturing wisely.
Siddharth Jain - Director
Being into the field of marketing and customer relations Mr. Siddharth Jain has made sure that each and every style of jewellery
made reaches the desired target audience. Handling the marketing and sales for the brand helps him being the key person in the process of product improvisation. He being into this industry since a decade has made sure that every upcoming and changing trend is effectively handled by the company.
